As the day finally comes to an end, after closing yesterday and a 13 hour day today, l can honestly say I'm glad its come and gone! Had a blast rocking out in the kitchen today with my man Matty King, our temporary assistant Amanda as well as our stellar front of house staff!!! With 120 + reservations (nowhere near the 550 we had at Fort Henry today!!!) I can honestly say we have the best team that any Food and Beverage company could ask for. Here's to every mother out there today, but as well as to my amazing team for not only crushing what got thrown at them , but for taking the time out of your day to provide every mother and family member with a day that they will never forget.
