I feel like if I really want a change in perspective and routine I need to do things different .

I’m taking a break from my main social media .

I deactivated my Facebook I’ve hidden my threads app and instagram .

I’ll probably just use X, Tik Tok, and Tumblr since I don’t have to see so many people I know personally.

I just don’t feel like it’s healthy for me right now to invest in others lives when I really need work in my own .
