Oh my God she has rolls on her stomach when she sits down OF CORSE I DO. Its called skin. Obviously I have fat there too, but NOBODY is without the beloved tummy rolls when they sit down or bend over. Your skin is stretchy, but not THAT stretchy. When you bend, the skin covering your abs has to roll over itself so that when you stand back up or straighten yourself out, you don't tear your skin. Think about it. Just because you see pictures online of people with perfectly smooth stomachs, legs or anything doesnt mean it's the norm or very well represented either. Embrace the rolls. Get it done bruh. My training has been a bit all over the place the last while due to life but after my holidays things will have to start getting a bit more focused. I need to get back into my structured strength plan, and really focus on my goals for not just my strength but also aesthetics because I feel I am in a place to do that now. I have already started to push myself that bit more, despite how tired I am from life, work, and the ups and downs of anorexia recovery. It's all tough but I'll be better off in the long run PLUS I'll have quads which is always a good thing ☺️ just watch me. I'm a determined woman. Soon an even stronger determined woman. You are your most attractive with the deadlifting face 👆 😂I haven't deadlifted in ages because my training has been a bit all over the place due to things so starting back is always annoying to see strength losses. This was only 80kg and felt heavyyyyy. I used to bang out at least 5 solid reps at this weight bit doing three here was a struggle. But it's fine it will come back ☺️ instead of getting annoyed and trying to lift 90kg (which I was scheduled to do by now) I stuck at a weight I could lift with good(ish) form because the ego does not aid in strength gains 😎 happy #flexfriday 💪🏼 (at Westpoint Health And Fitness)
