I mean...Lo may not have inherited any powers but...He's the son of the Radio Demon and the literal King of Hell, the Morning Star. Aren't they able to grant him powers or something?

I mean, Rosie is an Overlord, and she made Alastor "The strongest sinner in Hell".

I bet Lucifer could give him something.

I always saw it as Lo not really being able to use magic, even if Lucifer or Alastor wanted to help him with it. The stitches on his neck actually mean something important too! his spinal cord got disconnected or badly damaged at some point in his life, and because of that, his connection to magic is all messed up!

So even if he did get magic from them somehow, he probably wouldn’t be able to control it properly. Since he never inherited natural magic in the first place, he doesn’t really understand how to use it, and his body doesn’t respond the way it should. It’s kind of like his brain is trying to tell the magic what to do, but the magic itself just doesn’t listen to him!!

So even though he’s literally the son of the Radio Demon and the Morningstar, I don’t think powers can just be handed to him like that 🥺 Magic in Hazbin always felt like something tied deeply to the soul and the self (or a deal for their soul, but I doubt they want their sons soul), and Lo’s body just doesn’t cooperate with it anymore.

I can even imagine him trying so hard when he was younger because everyone around him expected him to eventually unlock something 🥹😭 But every attempt probably ended in failure, exhaustion, or the magic reacting unpredictably because his body couldn’t sync with it properly. After a while, he likely just stopped bothering altogether because it only reminded him of what he couldn’t do

That’s why I think he doesn’t really bother trying anymore, even with Lucifer or Alastor around. Training can only do so much if the connection itself is damaged 😭 It makes Lo honestly kinda sad, but he also does grow more and rely more on himself instead of powers! (Plus, Angel Dust can just teach him how to use guns LOL)

Lucifer's umbrella is a replacement of the hat and cane! Ofc I kept the snake, who switches between being curled around the handle of her umbrella and wrapping around her arm. The umbrella can also act like a spotlight when opened!

Her purple gloves/boots and necklace are there to add color and match her eyeshadow. I also wanted the silhouette of the dress to loosely resemble an apple core.

Alastor is next~ I'm keeping Lucifer’s name the same- but what about Al? I'm thinking things like Alice, Agnes, or just Allie!

I’ve redesigned Angel Lu a bit, I think he looks SOOOO adorable now🥹✨ I couldn’t really decide if I wanted his clothes to be pink, blue, or yellow, so I honestly just merged them LOL!! I still love this AU, it’s my baby, and I’m planning to make a longer comic with multiple parts on it!!

I’ve decided that instead of the name Samael, Angel Lucifer’s name will be “Helel”, and yes I know it technically translates to Morningstar, but I wanted his name to not really be a name and more of a title that other angels call him. Al is the name of the plushie, and Alastor is just Alastor LMAO since Al is just… Alastor too? And yes, they are married! At least, Al and Helel are! Alastor? Well, eventually

What would happen if Alastor got his body back? Would Al disappear, become incorporeal like Alastor was, or become Alastor's shadow? Since Lucifer views Al as his lover, would he even like Alastor, or would he be upset that Al is missing and this stranger took his place?

Oh, it’s been a while since someone asked about my Deer Little Angel AU!

Yes, once Alastor turns back, Al will be reverted back to a little shadow where no one but Alastor can see it!

Lu will be so saddened, his first friend and lover is gone and replaced with a grumpy guy, but I think he’d warm up to him! At least this big guy can envelop him in a big ol hug when it’s cold. Not that Alastor likes it or anything… or does he?

And I promise I’m still drawing them and the comic, I just keep pushing it back cuz I keep getting lazy and doing other comics and arts LMAO, but it will come back eventually and maybe have a little series of its own with continues updates?? No promises lol
