Good afternoon members. I unfortunately have sad news to bear today. I am closing BYS. It's been a struggle, and I don't think I've been the only one affected by it. The activity of BYS, while it's always been on the slower side, has trickled, and while I tried to push myself to keep BYS going, I think this recent lull means that BYS has finished its run. Even with the potential BYS still has, I think its reign needs to close with the position it's in.
Again, this is a such heart-breaking decision for me to make. I've been a member of BYS since January, and it has remained one of the best roleplay experiences ever. Between OOC interactions and character development, I have grown as a writer and person here, and I can only hope that this effect has occurred for all of you.
Maybe one day BYS will open once more -- perhaps the original admin team will see to that or I'll have this return when I think the time is right -- but as of now, this roleplay is closed indefinitely. The OOC chat will remain open for all of you to continue speaking to one another and share other contact information if so desired.
