Saisei no kenshū shisetsu

A large portion of Saisei village is dedicated to the training facility, where its students train to develop their combative talents. The training methods are accommodating of each individual, who will be placed into one of three factions for the majority of their years. These factions are: STRENGTH, SKILL and MAGIC, where each student will learn and develop their physical strength and hand-to-hand combat methods, use and techniques of various weapons, and manipulation of magic for both offence and defence, respectively. 

Enrolment to Saisei's training facility is optional, and individuals may come or leave at any age. Students also have the choice of staying in dormitories on site, or living at home and attending daily. Upon reaching a satisfactory level of skill in either strength, skill or magic, each student will be placed into a group of three, with two other students of their age - ideally, these trios will comprise of a member of each faction. However, as the portion of magic wielders is significantly smaller than both strength and skill users, the trios are often comprised of two skill users and one strength, or two strength users and one skill.

Strength is the most popular faction, outnumbering skill users 1 to 3. Alternatively, Magic is the least popular faction, outnumbered by Strength 1 to 200.
