I am most humbled and proud to be able to say that I am now Ben Brown, MSMI. Master of Medical Illustration. There is much thanks to give out for the great and small achievements along the way, but suffice it to say I surely could not have come this far alone. There are many versions of my life, many past careers and pursuits...Ben the clinician, Ben the film producer, the author, the artist, the legal temp, the international volunteer, the scientist. And yet here at the culmination of my graduate studies is evidence that everything happens for a reason, and there are no wasted moments in life. I am Ben the medical illustrator, a dream job that draws from all the other experiences I’ve had in life.
