I will not elaborate because I feel weird talking about blatant insert characters [Even though thats most of my characters]

He got kicked out of the jedi order rather early on and then became a morally grey bounty hunter. When the clone wars started he was asked to work for the republic as in informant in the criminal underground. He did so under the condition he got to get some clones of his own and they werent part of the Republic by an official means
