okay i've been getting iffy asks for a while, and i know writers on here talk about this all the time, but i think another disclaimer is needed rn

i know it may be a shocker, but please remember that writers have lives too guys 😭 we aren't factory machines that can just pump out content at every beck and call. these blogs are made to express our own creative freedom, and we are willingly sharing our works for free! writers barely get feedback as it is, so to demand things can really discourage us.

of course, it's always okay to be enthusiastic about fics, and to be excited for releases, but please understand that almost everyone on here writes as a personal hobby. personally, i'm a university student taking summer classes, i have a paid internship, a job, and other hobbies i'd like to indulge in. i only post what i personally deem as acceptable, so it takes a while for me to curate content that i think you guys will enjoy.

us writers have responsibilities outside of the tumblr world and we can't always post every single day. please just remember to be understanding, considerate, and respectful when sending asks. we really are trying our best <3 while waiting for fics, put some positivity in creator's inboxes, leave feedback on current posts, or just send a thanks to your favorite writers! trust me, we cherish it a lot. thank you guys for understanding.

you have been talking about wanting to go shopping recently!! maybe to get some new books or clothes or whatever you've had your eye on recently and soobin is like "yes. i am taking you out."

he offers to pay for everything (even though you keep declining, but he is INSISTENT and you soon realize this is an argument you are not winning lol). you guys go out on the town finding cute little stores, soobin trailing behind you like your own personal bodyguard <3

you hold up two shirts and you're like "which one should i get?" and then soobin just smiles and says "both"!!! he loves spoiling you, no matter how much you pretend to hate it <3 it's his love language okay!!!

you guys take a break for lunch, feeding each other french fries and sipping at your milkshakes!! his full bunny cheeks are so cute, you just have to poke them! he probably has his big ole chunky glasses on too which makes him 100 times cuter. he mumbles out a complaint at your cooing, but his red ears say enough hehe

at the bookstore, he asks you for recommendations on what he should read! he loves indulging in your interests because it makes him feel closer to you!!

soobin offers to carry all the books you hand him so you can browse comfortable, acting as a human shopping cart. he carries all the bags too, just because he is your 'strong manly boyfriend' (he's literally the cutest thing ever, but you'll let him have this)

when soobin is distracted, you slip away to buy him a little gift—matching silver necklaces that form a heart when put together!! you wait til you're home to surprise him and. oh my goodness <3

he just tackles you into a hug, kissing your cheeks to express all the love he feels for you!! and yes, he does put the necklace on immediately, and he snaps pictures, and he brags to his friends that he has the best s/o ever because he's dramatic like that (but you really are the best ever so it's justified <3)

you're both aquarians so i think nature can be a super therapeutic way to destress with each other! i'm talking bonfires, i'm talking walks on the trails, i'm talking watching the sunset at the lake <3 nature can be super romantic if you wear bug spray!

it's nice and quiet in the woods, giving you the perfect atmosphere to sit by the fire and talk with each other, sharing funny stories, or "remember that time when"s <3 you guys roast marshmallows, giggling when yours accidentally catches fire because you were too distracted by taehyun's sparkly eyes to realize!!!

taehyun brings a little digital camera and snaps candids of you; from him tucking a flower behind your ear, to you biting into your smore, to the ladybug that lands on your finger! you're just so effortlessly beautiful and he wants to remember every single moment.

taehyun "accidentally" only packs one sleeping bag, so you guys cuddle at night, sharing body heat as he presses a kiss to the crown of your head, mumbling words like "you make me so happy" and "i love you so much" as you both fall asleep. you turn him into a huge mush of sappiness and adoration

in the morning, you guys splash at the lake, swinging on the rope securely tied to a nearby tree. you're scared at first, but taehyun's gazing at you from where he wades in the water, all glittering eyes and soft smiles and you instantly feel all the fear in your body dissipate in that moment.

you're laughing and giggling as he wraps his arms around you, peppering your face with kisses as you splash water at him, half-heartedly protesting because you don't want to drown lol but his hold is strong on your waist, so you have nothing to worry about <3

the road trip home is chaotic, from a carpool karaoke sesh, to a who can rap the fastest, to you falling asleep in the passenger's seat in the middle of your sentence. taehyun turns down the music when he notices you snoozing away, brushing some hair out of your face with a delicate smile <3 you're always so pretty and he loves you so much and AAAAAAAAAAAAAA <33333333333 just the best time ever
