Help- I watched Bethic twinstinct and im like wtf---

HONESTLY I REALLY LOVE RICK AND MORTY, cause I feel like the writting is so good- the amount of content they can produce playing with the same character under different backgrounds and situations, I feel like somehow is richer than just adding and adding more characters (I mean there are new characters all the time, but none of them play a continous big role inside the family) like the whole citadale (well spoiler alert ex-) or whatever, with thousands and even infinate versions of rick and morty with different stories to tell! It's so rich how there's just not one story, not even with a single character, there are infinite! idkk I love that,,, NOW FOR THIS EPISODE, OMG IT WAS A WHOLE EXPERIENCE I'M SO CONFUSED AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK, I WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE BUT IT WAS ALSO SO FUN TO WATCH BUT I DON'T EVEN KNOW, LIKE THE LINES OF WHAT WRONG AND WHAT'S RIGHT ARE SO BLURRED I'M BLIND, HELP- WHAT
