Trying to “understand” Daemon Spade is knowing that he was basically driven mad after Elena’s death by always being obsessive over the Vongola’s “strength”. This caused him to commit mass murders, frame other people of the Vongola for the murders. Killing the “weak” people instead of protecting them like the woman he loved wanted. Being a sex offender was definitely not apart of what Elena wanted either. How can you love a woman so deeply and then start disrespecting her while she’s dead by being a Pedophile? What Daemon did “for” Elena was actually not for her at all. Just him creating a false sense of justification in his head about what a dead woman would want.

In my headcanon I don’t think Elena will ever forgive him after this and Daemon went to hell. Tsuna was probably trying to create some kind of sympathetic reasoning, like Elena would be “grateful.” because i know he knows that’s not true either.

Having a friend of 4 years who has used you for buying them gifts and money when you were young and gullible can definitely make you realize how wrong a Chrome and M.M relationship can become. Don’t ever let these two become “friends”, M.M will ask Chrome for her 3 dollar allowance to use up every fucking time they go shopping

Having a huge dislike for M.M. Is actually surprising to me, because in the past I’ve had a huge history of liking jerk-esque characters. Even my other red-coded girls from niche and obscure shows. Deedee from Panshel and Ji Bang-ul from Yorang are both jealous young girls. They are later shown that they can express friendliness, their own goals and ambitions, which matches up to the main Heroine’s in those cases and works in harmony against evil. In this case, an M.M to a Chrome. What drives M.M away is that the series is already done, and this is what we have of her.

M.M’s “concern” for Chrome being a mixed signal on whether you can’t tell that she’s jealous or is actually worried about Mukuro being manipulative. Is that supposed to be her positive trait? After she slapped Chrome across the face and told her that Mukuro belongs to her? How would that even come across as concern in the viewer’s head? We’re supposed to connect the dots and twist it into M.M having some actual care towards Chrome say that’s only “disguised” as jealousy. Imagine some girl telling you that she’ll kill you for being around a boy that you know, and later on, catch you alone, tell you the same thing again. But this time its because she’s “concerned..”

Then M.M, is Mukuro not a fearsome person to you but only to Chrome? Are you going to protect Chrome? Are you just going to domestically beat her again. 

And she wasn’t at the battle, while correcting Chrome.

In the manga, there is no “concern” still, M.M just comments that Chrome is stupid because she comes to the battle while ill. (M.M.. are you going to help in the battle or-)

No credit given to Chrome for her part of the combination technique. 

I don’t believe the concern theory, it sounds made up and a cheap excuse for trying to give M.M character depth when she has none. But what would have made for a lovely story is not abuse and jealousy covered up as concern and worry for someone you’re supposed to care about.

Mukuro’s arc- Well, I’ve gotten used to calling it the “Mukuro arc” specifically for her. She gets mixed up on names so I like to keep it as simple as possible. In episode 26 she did compare Mukuro’s goal with possessing Political figures and the world domination to that of Satan, but she already likes Mukuro and is fond of him anyways. His hatred and anger was pretty much recognized, there was no misunderstandings. Ken and Chikusa are known as the “two jerks that live with Chrome” XD she doesn’t really like those two as you can tell

The Hellrings were discussed more, Mukuro has the “eye one” Fran has the 666, Kawahira has the thing /j

It’s obvious that if a localization happened in America for khr, a lot of things would have to be censored out if this was airing on Cartoon Network for example. Even as a person who watches international dubs often I still don’t think Reborn would’ve aired as just your average Saturday morning cartoon with things like this, and many other things. Latino dub aired on SENPAI TV, I don’t think they have a problem with it.

We’re all familiar with how Byakuran refers to himself as a god, I don’t know how this is translated in the Spanish dub because she never really reacted to it. Squalo says “are you trying to say that you’re a god?!” In JP. But she likes Byakuran’s wings XD, and she likes Byakuran. I’m kind of just convinced that she likes any antagonist who’s always smiling. She says even though Belphegor is a murderer, she likes how he’s always smiling. Maybe this is just her forcing herself to warm up to Bel because i always talk about him. I’m figuring this crossed over to Mukuro and Byakuran, she’s not that fond of antagonists who always have intense wrath and anger like Xanxus i guess, even though she intensely understands Xanxus’s story

I think me and her have talked about how it was for Xanxus so many times. I’m the one who always brings it up. Kyuudaime is fucking weird but it’s whatever
