Florida on my mind! Where do you go to unwind? This week Im in Florida catching some sunshine!

The beach is the place for beautifully soft lighting and fabulous pics of the moms in my life. My friend/sister and her newborn and my mom. Motherhood is noble and the older I get and more newborns I meet I see the great cost and reward it has on society as a whole!

Happy Birthday Savannah! These pics were taken in my tiny yard. I set up some curtains and shot in the shade for even lighting. I used a Canon 6d and a 24-105mm lens.I had fun playing in such a small space!

This was a fun shoot I did for a professor! I was not at all sure about what lighting to bring so I brought one Baja power light and bounced it off the ceiling to create even or dramatic lighting. I alternated between a wide and prime lens for the small space and am very happy with the results!
