(Khael stresses out A Lot about the life expectancy difference between him and Astarion, to the point when he gets older than the age when Astarion was born again, he seeks out a familiar face (god) and demands his boon for having done his bidding, even if unknowingly. He brings 200 gold coins, the price for a single soul )his own) and demands immortality. Lichdom doesn't sound too bad.)

I'm sorry but that tail on Khael! I can just imagine him using it to mess with Astarion, like smacking him when he says something rude to somebody or maybe when Khael's feeling frisky.

The idea of Khael and Rexander arm wrestling has been on my mind for a few days so I made it happen. Martial characters protecting their squishy bf make me squeal.

If Khael had helped Astarion ascend would he have stayed with him? Would he have agreed to becoming his first spawn?

he would let astarion make him way worse than just his first spawn >:3c (ascended astarion and consort-turned-guard-dog khael are dear to my heart, I do think about them sometimes. khael is completely and utterly under astarion's command, he retains a little bit of agency just untill the absolute is defeated and then he would give it up completely. he lives for his sire's praise and to make sure no one ever gets close to him. astarion is caring and sweet with him (all fake and manipulative, of course) and likes to parade him around both as a warning and as a power trip. I think they would be very deadly and ruthless together and that that would be eventually their demise - I can see jaheira/the harpers/wyll needing to hunt them down and put an end to their reign of terror and blood)

Her name is Sandra, she's a war cleric of Gruumsh/oathbreaker paladin and she's Totally Bad Not Good Unredeemable. I haven't posted much about her bc I'm still in ACT1 with her (Im replaying Khael and campagn that takes priority).

fun fact before I even got through half of ACT1 of all the compainons only Astarion and Shadowheart were alive/present. I dont know how long theyre going to last though lmaooo

She's another iteration of my DnD character Alasandra, who Ive played for a couple years in a homebrew campagn! I also played with her in Solasta (another DnD game, that I suggest checking out!) He's all three of her together for the meme:

I also technically have a Redeemed Durge character that's based on another DnD character! His name is Chan, he's a warlock and a cinnamon roll who can do no wrong 🥹 (which makes me chosing him as a durge an awful parent)

Khael really seems to enjoy being bitten. Has that been the case since the beginning or did that develop along with the relationship and how he felt about Astarion?

astarion was more of a confirmation that he likes it a bit rough than a full on sudden discovery - but! the whole sucking blood part of getting bitten, that was new indeed.

Drew this lovely Tav for @bevirspnsblmnt I enjoyed looking at their art and Khael just seems like such a fascinating character <3 It was fun drawing him, he's such a good guy IMO. (Main blog is Dinolil1, just posting it on my BG3 sideblog - LOL!)
