Rating F1 drivers and team bosses for 2024

Verstappen 10/10 - his hardest year ever, won WDC with the third (after Miami), sometimes even fourth best car, masterclass in rainy Interlagos

Norris 6/10 - Had the best car altogether, made many mistakes, and wasn’t aggressive enough against Verstappen, a bit disappointment

Leclerc 8/10 - Some amazing wins and consistency

Piastri 8/10 - Very consistent, made all laps during the longest season ever, had some moments, but still isn’t fast enough sometimes

Sainz 8/10 - Same level as Leclerc and wonderful comeback after the operation, he deserves a better seat than Williams

Russell 8/10 - Some mistakes, but all around very fast, now the lead driver for a top team

Hamilton 6/10 - Mixed feelings here, had huge moments, still fast during races, but most qualys were terrible

Perez 2/10 - Huge underperformance, should have been fired at the summer break

Alonso 8/10 - Always fast, always great in strategy

Gasly 9/10 - Made a miracle with this car and for the team, no damages made whatsoever during 24 races

Hulkenberg 8/10 - Fast and faster as he ages, especially during qualys.

Tsunoda 6/10 - Mixed performance, not the best under pressure

Stroll 2/10 - Aside from some cool overtakes, huge underperformance, many mistakes, we all know why he is still in F1

Ocon 7/10 - One of the underrated drivers on the grid, some stupid mistakes, but most of the time nice performance

Magnussen 5/10 - Too agressive, but still fast

Albon 6/10 - Had amazing moments, especially the double overtake in Montreal, but otherwise, nothing special this year

Ricciardo 4/10 - Lost his vibe years ago, a bit of underperformance, I really like him, but it was time to go

Bearman 8/10 - Nice debut, but we haven’t seen enough race so far

Colapinto 5/10 - A bit of a bubble, couldn’t maintain his wunderkid performance

Zhou 6/10 - Somewhat underrated driver, the car was very bad

Lawson 5/10 - Not as fast as seemed and too emotional so far

Bottas 5/10 - Seemed bored throughout the year

Sargaent 1/10 - Terrible for F1 level, should have been fired earlier

Doohan 5/10 - OK as a first race, we need to see more to know if he can handle the pressure

Zak Brown and Andrea Stella 9/10 - Made the team back to the top after they were on the brink of collapse in just 2 years, the only problem was handling Norris during the summer

Fred Vasseur 8/10 - Made the team stronger and more competitive during this year, and less mistake in strategy, really promosing for 2025

Christian Horner 4/10 - His fight for his own survival and terrible decision on Perez cost a lot to his team, his only luck is the generational talent of Verstappen

Toto Wolff 7/10 - Made the team stronger and some race wins, risky decision on Antonelli, a brave guy for sure

Mike Crack 4/10 - The pressure from the owner truly cost a lot to this team and his handling of issues

Oliver Oakes 6/10 - Made the team way better during his part of the season, and handled the drivers pretty good

Ayao Komatsu 8/10 - Pulled back to a strong midfield team from the brink of collapse, not only a great engineer but a good boss

Laurent Mekies 4/10 - RB should have been at least 6th in WCC, a lot of missed opportunities, mediocre car

James Vowles 5/10 - Seemed really promising, but keeping Sargeant for too long, and making a too big risk with Colapinto created a lot of damages

Alessandro Alunni 3/10 - Bad and slow car, seemingly no real motivation, his drivers deserved more

NFL week 10 (8-1, 1201 pts) fantasy lineup. Normally I wouldn’t place a WR and TEs from the same team, but Hopkins and Kelce are really good players and finally the Chiefs offense look itself and more.
