One place to change them all
Being an avid user of the internet, I have accounts in at least 5 social networks. Let's count Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Tumblr for now. And being an average user of Facebook, I do check for updates from my friends almost everyday, and put up links or updates once or twice a week. Then came the suggestion to change my profile picture as it had not been updated in quite a while (read 2yrs). I pushed it for a few weeks, but finally had to relent. I chose a picture, put it up on Facebook as my profile picture. But the story did not end there. Over the next week, I changed my Google(+) picture, and also at Twitter and LinkedIn. I though I was done, but today, I logged into Goodreads and saw my old picture again :(
Why isn't there one place to update our picture and have all networks use the picture? It could be as simple as having an option to provide a url of an image instead of getting a copy of the image - so that the new image at the said url is checked often, and the latest image updated!
Same problem exists with changing passwords as well. Having a single sign-on solution will solve this and more problems in one shot, but we could start small - with pictures, as the single-sign-on has been tried by several people but has not gained traction yet.
google reader cleared
Brought down my google reader unread items to zero. Looking to keep it that way, just like my mailbox, even if it means I unsubscribe from most of my current feeds.
Though, by principle, I feel that this is a good policy, is it worth more than the other items on my plate? hmm..
Sometimes, doing things slowly makes things right.

Over the next week, I'll check my personal email only twice a day!
I expect no change in being connected, but gains in productivity on non-workdays.

20 minute slots in outlook
Most of you have used outlook. Think about the many hours of meeting you have attended. Wouldn't 20 min be sufficient to do your 30 min tasks? Wouldn't 40 min suffice to complete tasks for which you currently schedule 60 minutes?
As an additional benefit, I think it would also influence people to come on time to meetings.
So, why not try it?
It is not the easy task that you should finish first but the important one.

Topic of intense debate. I would personally choose to be the younger for the many advantages it has -
Having a look-ahead in life of the things coming-up!
Having inside information/access to many things in life at a earlier time than usual.
Having a more mature person (typically) to bounce ideas off
