Drink of the Week - Mt. Kilimarita at Boma

Jambo!  On my last visit to Boma at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, I decided I wanted to try one of the signature cocktails on the drink menu.  Since I was on a margarita kick, the choice was an easy one - the Mt. Kilimarita, which the menu describes as: Our ultimate African Margarita with Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, Van der Hum Tangerine Liqueur, and Sweet-and-Sour with a splash of Cranberry Juice It's a great take on the traditional margarita, with just a hint of cranberry flavor.  It came with a half-rim of sugar on the glass, which was a nice touch to balance out the tartness of the cranberry.  If you've tried the African Margarita at Animal Kingdom's Dawa Bar, you'll probably enjoy this version, too.
