12 years ago. On this exact day. My grandfather was called upon to receive his wings from heaven. Throughout the time period when he was ill. We were all there to be with him physically in his time of need. But as time continued on he gradually took his place In heaven so he can continue and be a part of his sons/daughters/grandkids/great-grandkids' lives. Now I may not have known him for long. But what im really thankful for is.that my mom says that im exactly like him in every way. I look like him when he was a teenager/young adult. And I have his personality which is what im even more thankful for. I'll see you soon grandpa. R.I.P I love you.  (at San Fernando Mission Cemetery)
