Had two plates of Chinese take away my stomach is aching so bad 😩 mind you I’ve been non stop eating for 3 days straight now

Been gone a while but I hope I still look huge!!

Just some advice for the fellow fat dudes during the summer!!!

Make sure to drink loads of water and eat loads of ice cream and make sure to chug loads of cool milk or water.

Also get them t shirts off and let the air cool your belly and moobs down.

When you at home and come strip down to your boxers it will make you be able to cool down easier I also recommend cold showers before bed!!

Make sure to put plenty of sun cream on and wear a hat so you can avoid heat stroke!!
