Her Universe unveils a new Marvel fashion line

Fangirls eager to add some stylish Marvel-themed apparel to their wardrobes are about to get their wish thanks to a new clothing line released today by Her Universe. The online geek girl fashion retailer revealed a partnership with Marvel Entertainment and Disney Consumer Products to produce a range of shirts, dresses, leggings, and more inspired by Marvel’s comics, films, and TV series.

Over the past week Her Universe has been dropping hints about the announcement, exciting fans who have been hoping for Marvel-inspired items. The company’s founder, Ashley Eckstein, told the Daily Dot in an exclusive interview that her team has been wanting to get into Marvel for some time. Eckstein said she receives requests every week from fans. Not a week went by without a request for Marvel.

“When fans ask, we try to go after it. Marvel was at the top of list,” she said. “We talked to Marvel and they were eager to have conversations about it.”

She jumped slightly, but then convinced herself to shake the others hand. Hesitantly, she took her hand back. “Nice to meet you, too.” When Kaz said she could have strawberries on her food, a huge, excited smile appeared on her face. “Yay.” She clapped. “I want waffles with strawberries than.”

Kaz smiled at her reaction, "Then yah can have'em--" she chuckled out, flipping through the menu a few more times before deciding what she wanted for herself. She set her menu off to the side and smiled at the girl. "What do yah want t'drink then?" she intoned curiously.

"Either is fine." Then she thought for a moment. "Can I have strawberries on waffles? Cause that sounds good. And banana’s?" Allie smiled lightly. But then a thought came to mind. "I don’t know your name…" She said a bit nervously before speaking. "I-I’m Allie."

Kaz cleared her throat, stretching herself out as she entered the diner. She looked about until she laid eyes upon a blond. She pulled herself up beside him, smoothing her hands out onto the counter. "So... Ah heard there was a Vamp problem.... Garth sent me out as.. back-up" Kaz said, smiling softly.

"Coffee please--" she said to the waitress. She then looked back over to the man, smiling smoothly. "Kaz... nice tah meet cha--" she then introduced herself.

She was about to ask what ‘dyslexic’ was, but decided it wasn’t a good topic. As the menu was taken from her, Allie waited patiently, trying not to use her powers at all. When she was asked what food she liked there was on hesitation. “I like strawberries. Strawberries and chocolate are my favorites.”

"Do yah like... pancakes... or waffles?" she asks with a small smile. "Cause this place makes kickass pancakes an' waffles" she chuckles out lightly, smiling at the girl. She seemed... agitated.

Allie moved to sit in the booth, looking to the woman with a sad look as she answered her question. “I’m sorry…” The teen could relate. Maybe not to the same volume as the other, but the pain was the same.

The menu in front of her only brought confusion, “I-I can’t read…” She said quietly out of embarrassment.

Kazeria's expression softened once more and she gently took the menu back. "That's fine... I'm dyslexic" she murmurs with a half shrug. She reads over the menu for a long time before finally flipping it over about seven minutes later.

"What food do you like?" Kaz then asks, playing with the silverware slightly.

She looked a little confused at what she said, not used to kindness from most people. But put the thought aside when they headed toward the diner. “Was someone not kind to you?”

Kaz's face softened at the question as she lets the girl sit down at the booth before sliding herself in across. "Nah.... just lost people who were kind more than enough times." she murmurs with a soft smile, sliding the brunette a menu.

Allie smiled as she insisted, nodding. “Okay. If you say so.” Her nerves started to settle a bit. Though the nervousness was replaced with slight embarrassment when her stomach growled and a light pink tint appeared on her cheeks. “Thank you… for offering food. Not many people are that nice.”
