I'm starting therapy today...and I'm not afraid to say that in scared. I have a lot of crap to deal with, and a lot of self to confront...and that's terrifying. But a someone very wise once told me "so what? We just do it anyway!" It's taken me 4 months to start this process...I'm slow, I know but I was spiraling. Starting to change my walk.
