You know me: I don’t get excited over new #guitars very often. But this brand new #Gibson #ES275 spotted tonight at the Long & McQuade store in #Mississauga, a suburb of #Toronto, Canada, is just incredible.

Look at the warmly yellowish stained #flamemaple top and sides (and back too, but not shown here)! Look at the multiple layers of aged creamy yellow binding on the body, #headstock and #pickguard! Look at the aged #headstock #inlay! Look at the gold hardware! And being fully hollow it weighed a feather light ~6lbs! That is a lot of exclamation points right here people! 😄😅😆

My cousin said the action was a little high, but that can always be fixed. I almost never say this, but I WANT this NEW #guitar. I may even go so far as to say the $4700 (CAD) price tag may *almost* be a reasonable price for an instrument of this great beauty! 😅

The only deal-breaker for me would be finding out that the fretboard is synthetic (but sadly, I think it may be…)
