“Thinking ‘bout bro clothes and what Pap wore before getting his costume.

Sans probably doesn’t buy himself new clothes ever so wears the same thing for years and years until something is given to him for free. 80% of the shirts he owns were shot out of a cannon in his direction.  

Blue sweatshirt is hand-me-upped after Papyrus gets the battle body and loses interest in wearing anything else ever again. Papyrus wishes Sans would just go buy some new clothes, but is happy that he can contribute to Sans being secondhand stylish.

Papyrus puts the windbreaker out of its misery in the backyard while Sans plays Taps on the trombone.
