Gosh I’m sorry for the weird question! But has biggie ever felt random pains at times and kind of hidden with pain? My dear Aurora (same age as biggie and same miniature breedtype, yet black, had them.) She died a month ago after a small surgery to clean her apparently infected gums. (But hours later, sleeping with me. Her heart just stopped.) Vets told us those pains (she had them since being a pup) were gastritis, however I wonder if it was her heart. Do you have any idea of why?

I’m so sorry to hear that :( Biggie never had anything similar to that, he was born with a heart murmur but it’s never slowed him down or given him any pain.

Biggie is doing great, thanks for asking! He is almost fully recovered from back surgery and back to running and playing around, which we never thought he would be able to do again! 💗

Last year on Mothers Day, Biggie stopped walking and I rushed him to the vet where it was confirmed he had broken his back and was paralyzed. A year later and he is an IVDD survivor, fully healed from surgery, finished with physical therapy, and is walking and even running again! I thought the worst a year ago today but Biggie proved us all wrong and fought to walk again, happy 1 year, Bigs ❤️
