Help wanted
Fitblr i need your help. I can't stop eating. I think some of it today is PMT and feeling more like crap than usual and then i eat a crap ton and feel worse about myself. But i can't stop. Any tips? Yes i drink more water and it doesn't help. I swear i'm a compulsive eater or something. Works super slow at the moment and as it's an office theres a snack table and i just can't not eat something Anything i can do that wont make me look insane to stop eating? To like keep my mind off it? Nice tips welcome please. Messages or replies :)
