To be honest I'm not even that heavy, I'm 134 pounds but I'm 5 foot 9. So I'm a healthy weight. I never stop eating tho. I rarely gain weight but every time I step on the scale I hate it and I see how my belly puffs out slightly and it makes me hate myself cuz I don't have the athletic body that I do desire. I know that my body looks fine and all that shit but I can never get over that tiny extra I have on my belly and it always gets me down
