Bikes and Beers

If you're here it's because either you're interested in bikes, or beers... or probably both. Ideally, it's both. If at least one of those criteria fit you, then I'll try my best to fill the gap. My name is Brian and I am a working artist / designer / illustrator who lives in Lexington, Ky with my lovely wife, Sara and a few assorted animals. Together we spend a good deal of our time on numerous design and illustration projects, as well as creating various hand-printed goods and ephemera. In my free time, if I can find any, I like to obsess about bicycles and beer, and I also like to keep a photographic record of the things that go on in our life. You're likely to see plenty of the following: beers, gear, pub crawls, bike camping, bike-themed artwork, beer can design & packaging, bike tinkering, and other odds & ends. I converted my Troll to 27.5 / 650b and couldn’t be happier. It rides like a dream now, compared to the sluggish and heavy 26” wheels and tires I had on it previously.

Swift Campout 2019

Another #swiftcampout in the books. A sub-24 hour overnight with my pals Allen and Huston. We were granted access to property along the banks of North Elkhorn Creek in Scott County, and the ride featured a little bit of everything; rain, mud pits, gravel, hike-a-bike, goats, chickens, and aggressive beavers.
