Judith is our newest cat in a home for five older cats so it is a special time to see her atop the cat condo.
Farewell
I have decided to close this blog. Only an idiot would create a blog on foreign affairs without fairly strict geographical or issue restrictions. Over time, I have become more overwhelmed and feeling more guilty when I fell behind in posting selections from the many RSS feeds that I subscribe to, read and post selections to this blog.
Still, it has been a marvelous learning experience and I have enjoyed nearly every minute. There are so many great feeds by not for profit organizations that do illuminate issues and possibilities. I have very much enjoyed reading and thinking about each article. However, much of the content focuses on the negative rather than the positive. That too can have an impact.
If I were to do this again, I would focus only on Andorra. Not too many foreign policy problems there.
