I like that everyone who ships Vampire with people have mostly subconsciously agreed that he has a type and it’s light hair + charisma

And then LicoVamp’s the odd one out and it’s so funny because I like the ship but it’s the only one I’ve seen that stands out from the type we seem to have collectively given him

Okay, now for real

Vampire Cookie redesign's concept (it was so hard to came up with smth and I still think I need to work more on it🥀)

I desided to make his design less "victorian" and make it more whimsy (also got rid of his stupid cape. It's not even connected to his shoulders. And it's probably heavy to carry, especially when floating). I also gave him smooth hair like real wine. I headcanon when he's sad or too tired, his hair is slowly melting and it leaves traces wherever Vampire goes

Is there a room for improvements?🍷🌹

Crows are known to represent transformation/transition. The myths surrounding them mark them as characters that bring awareness to change already occurring, and they’re mostly described as witnesses to events rather than actually being able to do anything

AND PURE VANILLA DOES THAT SOMETIMES!! HE TRANSFORMS, HE FIRST SHOWS UP AFTER DARK ENCHANTRESS RETURNS AND HE PLAYS WITNESS TO THE TRAGEDY OF WHITE LILY!! SO BY SYMBOLISM, CROW NILLA WORKS!! HE WORKS VERY WELL!!

Also visually I thought it was cool if he’s an albino crow and then had the actual black colors of a crow when as Truthless Recluse (to show that he’s lying to himself, I suppose)

I also. Could not resist drawing crow Nilla and bat Vamp together so you get that, too

And then redraw of bird Nilla with his cape colors under cut because I thought it’d be cool if his wings replaced his cape

Vampire Cookie’s the first cookie to get the ability to revive anyone (even if it is just himself) in Kingdom when he got his magic candy

Could you imagine the implications? How it works in-lore? How he’s the only epic who can do it while the rest are legendary+? And the only one to use a magic candy for it?

He’s insane. Imagine being the first ever cookie to do that. Imagine being the crowd watching KNOWING the cookie died/got defeated only to see them get back up and swing anything like nothing happened

Were they horrified? Was he? Does it look any different than from how it looks when the legendary+ cookies do it? Do you think the magic candy makes it look different?

Anyways the body horror could go insane with this :] just a thought
