It was supposed to be a joke. No one would think that @littlesissyflower dressed up at a gay bar would actually be a real hyper-girly sissy! But 'her' girlfriend dressed her up a little too well and turns our a small, weak, naturally feminine boy makes a pretty cute doll.

'Vanessa' was supposed to meet her girlfriend here. But the bar is so crowded and she's too short to search for her over all the big strong men who frequent this bar. One of them noticed and kindly offered her a seat. There's no opening at the bar but his lap seems big enough to fit her tiny sissy body.
