It could totally be out of character (or maybe like more adjacent to when Buddy first kissed Chase?? Maybe???) I just liked the song and was like "there must be a way I can connect it to Cinderella Boy lol.

I animated this one on Clip studio paint (don't ask how I got it) it was much easier to make/add audio, but it's definitely a heavier video than when I do it on a separate app (and also I have to up the framerate it looks a little crunchy) uhhhhh, yeahhhhh, lemme know your thoughts, if I should just stick to illustrations lol, it's a fair judgement.

Managed to finish it before the episode went up tho. I can't wait for today's webtoon rollercoaster.

Butterflies. (Concept suggested by @midniallsnack )

Chase and Buddy are always getting in trouble in some way, I imagine younger Buddy had a harder time handling pain, or hiding it as he's maybe doing it currently, we'll never know, he tries to act tough, to not cry, but of course he's not good at it. (And more rambling if u click).

His clothes are too big for him even if he's a big child, but Chase doesn't seem to notice.

Anyways imagine Buddy sits so still that butterflies sit on him? He smells like a flower shampoo Chase has (but he's not nearly as still as Buddy).

This is an AU??? Of sorts???? Like a "they met when kids" yadda yadda, but there's not a lot of magic happening since I haven't thought of the keys, or at least I wouldn't know how to integrate them, I'm not good with magical stuff in general.

Honestly this idea hadn't really left my brain when I heard the audio, I went on a frenzy drawing, and I was used to drawing animatics in the past but this one was low-key long for me.

Also also, I know Chase can probably drink alcohol, but 1st, they're in front of a child. 2nd. I think it's funnier this way. Anyways, my personal headcanon is that Chase is NOT bad at singing BUT he gets too into the emotions while doing it which makes his voice go wild.
