i didn’t feel up to trying to draw actually decent stuff, but i wanted to draw SOMETHING… so, page of tabby doodles. i wanted to try not erasing or trashing ANY drawing and just filling the page. i did erase some things, but less than i normally would.

A Spaceship A.I. Story

You're a spaceship A.I., can you stop the space pirates on-board?! A short, silly Twine story with a couple endings.

A dumb little unplanned writing exercise I did kind of impulsively, partly to loosen up my writing muscles and partly to test out Twine. Inspired by Clickventures and sci-fi genre cliches.

I second that anon's sentiment; I completely fell in love with Doki Doki Love Stomp the first time around, both because of the obvious heart at the centre of it as well as the fact it's damn funny, and the recent update charmed the pants off me just as much. Major props to you and kokoronis for putting all that time and effort into it, I greatly look forward to seeing more from both of you~! (also god fuckin' bless you both for ascending Haruka and Felicia to Wives Tier™ because I LIVE for that)

I just wanted to say thanks to you and kokoronis for Love Stomp. It's obvious how much love and work was poured (stomped?) into it and both those streams have been some of my favorite fandom moments ever. You guys are amazing.

It’s here! The first and last* update to the critically unacclaimed and generally inexplicable dating sim from @bird-robot and @kokoronis... Doki Doki Love Stomp!

*but if you find any horrible game-breaking bugs, let me know and I will of course fix those.

The decision to update the game was kind of an impulsive one. We were a little stressed about more serious projects, and we felt like we could use a reminder of why we love to make games and tell stories. And how better to do that then to revisit a ridiculous, low-stress project that was bizarrely well-received? We both want Doki Doki Love Stomp 1.11: You Can (Not) Stomp (actually v1.2, for the record) to be a thank you to everyone who had fun with the original.

For those who missed version 1, here’s a summary:

A ridiculous wrestling dating sim inspired by supergreatfriend (@supergreatfrien). Play as Hulku-chan, a young Hogan-obsessed freshman attending Wrestling School. On her way to her first class on her first day, she runs into a mysterious, 8-foot-tall sophomore named Bully Demise and begins a journey of love, stomps, and heartbreak.

And the update adds:

-Achievements! -Minor bugs fixed! -Improved the text entry recognition! -More art assets! -Brand new ULTRA ROUTE! -Secret bonus material from our talented friend Quakerin! Seriously you guys, he did a really awesome thing that we included!

Honestly, this project kind of got away from us and uh, there’s actually a lot of new stuff. If you enjoyed the first game, I hope you’ll give this update a try!
