i didnt have any point of reference for measurement in the time of creation but i have an idea of how their heights can be measured in game

Okay so according to this chart, i figured out everyones heights. as far as i know Gibraltar is the only one with a official height at 6′4ft or 193cm. Using this I did some math to find that
