How do you guys decide who gets to deliver which mail and such? (btw the art style here is adorable!)

Do any of you ever commit the cardinal sin of peeking at mail that isn't yours?

How good are Rito at navigation? How about flying in storms and such?

..We don’t fly through those unless we have to deliver particularly urgent mail, or something serious comes up. Even then, only some experienced Rito are allowed to fly out over stormy weather. Since I’m one of them for example, I was capable of flying through a surprise thunderstorm to fix what may have been a bad mistake on my part-
