I've been studying the style of the pendragon graphic novel these past few days and trying to learn it (for... reasons), and am pretty happy so far. Still got a lot of my own style in it but it's working. Huzzah!

hello i am recently off an almost half year long art block. probably more. and i am once again redesigning the cast of beta quest as i come back to this story for the nth time in the decade its existed

Historically, ships transporting livestock like chickens and pigs would have them in floating crates, so they would float and survive even if the ship sank. They became a symbol of good luck for sailors, who would get tattoos of the animals on their ankles or feet to let them always float no matter the disaster. I made some patches for the inside of my vest :>

- kicking around fursonas; some kinda wolf for Spencer, peacock for Raph. Was tien between otter and hornbill for Nancy, leaning more towards the bird. Antlion for Perry, though I'm reconsidering some kind of spider.

Some Parable Actors doodles from the other day, feat. a Barry face study and little comic about him realizing there's still some scraps of eaten 432s floating around inside Perry (and bonus Perry jumpscare!), part of the RTAOS recon team running into a Perry that thinks he can sneakily pretend to be Stanley B (he cannot), and a messy doodle of Tanner and Raph out dancing.
