It’s “the Chevalière d’Eon” or “la Chevalière d’Eon” not “le Chevalier d’Eon”. Both “la” and “Chevalière” are feminine “le” and “Chevalier” are masculine. Her full name was Charlotte-Geneviève-Louise-Auguste-André-Timothée d’Eon de Beaumont. Her preferred given name was Geneviève.
It’s great to see people wanting to share her story but let’s try not to misgender or deadname her.
(Crowley’s shirt is based off of a design by Art by Veya, and the flags featured are the lesbian, gay male, genderfluid, bi, non-binary, intersex, trans, and demisexual flags. The fact that there are so many more flags that would work to include if there was more space says a lot about the characters, I think.)

happy 20 year anniversary of Neil banging out the tunes!
though every rat is special, it's a wonderful and unusual thing for their accomplishments to be remembered and cherished by so many people so many years later. we're all so fortunate to know about the rat who banged out the tunes!
thank you to all the people who sent me reference photos of their beloved rats for this piece!!! credits under the cut!
