Fathers In Abortion: Unpopular Opinion

Under the following terms a father should have rights to keep the child. 

-The woman (mother) is healthy and at no time is her life threatened by the pregnancy (this can be from health problems or social problems)

-The father agrees to pay all medical costs unless covered by state aid

-The father does not ask for child support after birth

-The mother agrees to give all rights of guardianship to the father

-The baby is not a product of rape or incest

Weird and Random tips to help you feel better about yourself

Keep in mind these are things that helped me, so let’s get started :)

Listen to those songs that made you feel great as a kid! I know this is a weird way to start this list, but it surprisingly helped me cause I listened to songs I remembered as a kid and since most were happy I remember always feeling pretty grand when I listened to them.

Like the music, watch shows/ movies that you remembered enjoying.

Point out small things you like about yourself! Whether it be your eyes, cheeks, hair, personality, anything!

Surprisingly (like really surprising honestly), taking selfies helped me a lot. The more pictures I took of myself the more things I really started to like about myself. Take them when you want, don’t think forcing yourself to take a selfie will help you any cause it won’t help much. Take them when you feel cute, pretty, handsome, nice, just when you really want to.

Feel proud of yourself for the small things! Be proud of that drawing you did! Be happy you made that 79 on that test! Be excited that you didn’t mess up your make up! Be happy with small things!

Be around people that openly say they love you. It helps so much! Whether I was around my parents or friends I found it surprisingly helped me a lot to just hear the words “I love you” everyday. Even if they didn’t directly say it.

Take warm showers. For some reason it seemed to relieve stress and made me feel better.

Get those stuffies and blankets you loved and held as a kid! Hold them when you feel bad, hell, play with them if you want!

Don’t lock your feelings. Tell someone how you feel, write them down in a journal, draw it out, just don’t keep them locked up.

Make online friends! Talk to that blogger you’ve been wanting to talk to for two months, talk to that one kid you’ve been seeing on your dash for a few days! Just make friends! They make you feel so much more special and cared for.

Don’t feel so bad over a small joke.

Laugh at your own jokes even if no one else does!

Go outside sometimes! Look at the stars or get a tan or try and figure out what the shape in the cloud is or pick flowers! As long as you feel joy in those few moments that’s all that matters!

Get in touch with old friends! See how they are!

Try your best to avoid drama. Trust me when I say it’s not that hard to avoid it. Give your friends advice if you want, but don’t join in. It won’t help your mental health any and it’ll make you feel worse.

Don’t take anything bad someone says about you personal, I know that’s hard, but trust me, when you get more confident in yourself you’ll see how easy that is!

Don’t date someone that makes you feel bad, argue with constantly, and/or that you barely talk to. Those don’t help at all. You’ll feel bad constantly for not talking to them or you’ll feel kinda bad when you’re talking to them at all.

Wear that outfit you really want to wear! Who cares how much it shows? Who cares how baggy it is? Who cares if it looks “tacky”? You’ll look amazing in it!

Show your flaws! Don’t feel bad about them! Learn to love them; they’re what make you you!

Ignore those “how to look pretty posts”, those are not good! They will make you feel bad for not looking like how you’re “supposed” to. You’re already beautiful/ handsome but it’ll take time for you to realize it!

Eat as much as you want! Don’t feel bad for getting seconds! Don’t feel so bad for not eating all of the soup in the bowl! You can always eat it tomorrow!

Again, these are just what helped me, I’m sharing this in hopes it will help someone else. If these don’t help try and see what does! You deserve to be happy and to love yourself!
