Collection of ghosties for Hallowtober
Wow Ruff, put your shorts back on, jeez.
A character I made alongside my boyfriend for Easter. We both made our own punk rabbits, his named Tumble and mine here is Ruff!
Tumble: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/19518543/
Ruff's bark is worse than his bite, but if you're thinking of taking advantage of his small size or making fun of his love of feminine colors, he'll blast you back into obscurity with his slick rhymes and lightning-fast rhythm. Ruff never backs down from a challenge and he always speaks his mind. Even his friends aren't safe from his trash talking, but it's all in good fun. He may pick on you in a joking way, but only because he expects the same in return. You won't earn his respect by being weak, after all~
Tumble may seem like a polar opposite to Ruff, being so soft-spoken, but his actions speak louder than his words. Tumble is a quiet and gentle sort, but he won't back down from a challenge either. And his break-dancing skills go great with Ruff's wordsmithing!
Ruff looks about child-sized at around 4' tall. Of all his siblings, he really hit the genetic lottery by being the runt of the litter and an albino~

I wanted to start drawing with peeps again! This time, I might just put everything in one single file. What do you guys think?
Lotsa good draws we all did!
Check out this brand new character I ma-- oh whoops, I think he’s dead. :I
Oh well, he’s just goofing around in cyberspace playing a game. He’ll respawn soon enough~
Just decorating for winter... little late I guess~
New refs for my glowy dorks~
Based on this post from earlier, just couldn’t help but think how Bit would react if he ran into such a helpless virus in cyberspace~
Sea slugs are adorable, so I made one!
It’s Specs!
This week’s AW15 results! Some Strawberry Dragon from the game Puzzle and Dragons~
AW15 Week 5-10: Lots of things
I haven’t been keeping up on posting these here but the weeklies have made up pretty much all my work for 2015 so far, so here they are~
AW15 Week 4 - Expressions
Original - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4213308/
Next week, we’re doing robot armor!
AW15 week 3 - 90s Cartoons
This week’s sketches are all things you should be familiar with~
AW15 Week 2 - Steampunk
So I painted humans, ended up spending too much time on their faces and not much on their outfits and… you know, actual steampunk-y stuff. I guess I was more in the mood for some digital painting practice, which is good because I haven’t done it in Krita before, or in general in a while.
Next week, we do 90s cartoons!
AW15 Week 1 - The Underappreciated Ones
Yeah, so I guess I had enough OCs to actually fill this one up, huh?
In order: Amarion, Paul (old sona), Kale, Moska, Cybil, Connor, Quark.
Next week, we’re doing steampunk~
AW15 begins today!
Art Weeklies 2015 is the brainchild of too much New Year’s resolution-failing and too little time to dedicate to an Iron Artist. With a new theme every week, we pose a slightly non-threatening challenge to all artists willing to spend some free time trying new things - can YOU spend less than an hour a day drawing things for no real reason?
The idea of AW15 is to push artists to try different things, things that maybe they wouldn’t ordinarily do on their own, without asking that they step up and spend a ton of time on it. It’s also about getting back to the community and giving everyone a chance to participate, whether it’s suggesting themes or challenges for us to try, or taking on a particular week or two yourself… or all of them, maybe.
As for the actual rules, there aren’t many. This is meant to be a personal challenge that ramps up to whatever you’re personally capable of and pushes you to try new things, without expecting too much time out of you. But there are a few simple ones:
-Stick to the current week’s theme and challenge (if there is a challenge that week)
-Limit of 1 hour a day - can’t spend more time than is available for your Weeklies submission. (if you want to keep going, finish a sketch, etc, that’s great! But save a copy when your hour is up if you’re going to submit your weekly challenge work)
-Most weeks, assume that the expected output is 7 sketches/speedpaints (whatever you can accomplish in the 1 hour daily time limit)
I’ll be posting journals each Saturday (along with an image submission of the end result of the week’s art) on my Deviantart page, detailing the next week’s theme and stuff. You can check that out here! I want to keep from going overboard having to post everything in a million places, but I’ll try to at least post my art here, and make a tag for it as well.
We also have an ongoing Google Docs spreadsheet where everyone can post their progress, see people’s submitted theme ideas (or submit your own) and all that fun stuff. More details about the
Week 1 begins today, the 4th - 10th, and it’s a bit of a warm-up theme. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me here or anywhere~
