Vases! I did some acrylic pours over vases and sealed them with high gloss varnish. The photos really don’t do them justice, it’s hard to clearly show the shine and how the colors pop. Which one is your favorite? I did this metallic pour which looks pretty cool but doesn’t really work as a stand-alone piece. It will be amazing as a background for a painting but I’m struggling to work out what to paint on it. My first go at using acrylic paint to actually, you know, paint! 🤪 are acrylics supposed to be semi-transparent? So a while back I did a fluid art piece that is considered to be a “failure” and something fluid artists try to avoid. Pic 1. It was entirely by accident but I loved it! So I tried to deliberately reproduce. So it turns out you can do art when flat on your back and confined to bed. Is not easy but it can be done!
