Here's some tips for yall on how to lose weight!!
1. Eat two meals a day- one breakfast at around 9am and another meal at 5pm(ofc everyones body is different but this is what works for me-if your kcal limit is 800-1200 then you can eat one apple in the morning and then eat an actual meal in the afternoon without worrying about calories cuz you still have plenty left-you can also try not eating breakfast at all and doing omad but I feel like im really cranky and end up eating some unhealthy bullshit from the vending machine when I dont eat breakfast)
2. Drink a lot of water/diet sodas- ofc the water thing is obvious, but water is boring and diet sodas are unhealthy. Buying sparkling water/buying a sodastream is a lifesaver tho
3. Energy drinks- i had this period of time where i only drank energy drinks and vaped for a week and eventually my apetite dissappeared and i felt a bit nauseaous when i tried to eat food. But be careful with this one because youll start to faint if u keep this up for long
4. Vapes!!- I mostly eat out of boredom so getting a vape was perfect, because it satisfies the oral fixation and it also has flavour. Ofc if u dont want nicotine u can get a nic free one(but who wouldnt want nicotine??)
5. Cutting out alcohol- its sad but alcohol has a lot of calories and if u drink a lot youll get fat
6. Eggs and tuna- good foods for weightloss, theyre healthy and have a lot of protein
7. Cooking oil in spray- if youre trying to cook something, but u have to put oil on the pan in order to cook it, get one of those spray thingies from temu-you can put oil in them and then spray it on the pan and it will cover the whole thing without actually using too much oil
8. Weighing yourself and looking at inspo first thing in the morning- its sad but i always lose motivation and eat a lot of food in the morning, so looking at motivating stuff after u wake up actually reminds u of your goal!! I dont recommend meanspo tho, because that will put you in a bad mood imo
9. Reminding yourself that youre doing it for you, not anyone else.
I might add onto this list later on but this is it for now bye!!

It is true that not eating enough will lead to hairloss, not eating enough will lead to a LOT of issues, so it's not possible to guarantee great hair health while being malnourished.
However, hair can play a big part in our self-confidence and we're sick anyway so here are a few tips to reduce the damage!
(feel free to add on as this is probably incomplete, I'm not a specialist!)
Practice gentle hair care! Try to not pull too hard, brush your hair from the bottom up to avoid knots, maybe start with a wide hair comb for example. Get into hair care in general. Massage your scalp gently before washing your hair, maybe get a leave in conditioner or some kind of moisturizer for your hair type. Don't put your hair in too-tight hairstyles and just be careful and gentle with it.
Try to keep your diet as balanced as possible, get your vitamins in, your minerals, your proteins.
Hair is mostly made of keratin, which is a protein, so eating enough proteins will help.
Complex vitamin B, especially Biotin, is one of the best vitamins for hair growth, as it helps improve the keratin structure, strengthening the hair. Naturally, they can be found in eggs, avocado, seeds and whole grains.
Of course, hydration is really important, so drinking enough water is must. If it's mineral water, you'll get your magnesium in, which will help a lot too! Magnesium is essential for protein synthesis.
As for other minerals, iron is essential as well. Iron deficiency can cause the hair to leave in clumps, so make sure to get some. Naturally, you'll find some in lean meats, lentils, and spinach for example. Zinc is also really important. You can find it in pumpkin seeds, chickpeas, and oysters.
Omega-3 is also something to look for as the body won't produce it on its own. You can find it in salmon, flaxseeds, chia seeds and walnuts.
It sounds hard and overwhelming, but those are just some guidelines to keep in mind! You can find some vitamins supplements, but be careful with those advertised for hair loss specifically.

Food is so disgusting. Its literally either from an animal which is gross itself or vegetables and fruit that was literally once alive, using oxygen and breathing idk its just so gross to me
