The Conjugal Configuration

Here we are. I rewatched finally in better quality and subs (but not Italian ones because apparently they got purged from the internet or something). Shall we go? Let’s go:

* Almost 12 hours later and that first scene. Lord, it’s so fluffy that fluffy fics look angst. It’s not even the ‘wife’ and ‘husband’ words they play with. Like, the soft smile on Amy’s face as soon she awakes and realizes? Sheldon climbing on the bed and nuzzling on her? My poor heart. * Of course their honeymoon started from Legoland LOL Why we ever thought differently. * Now thank you for their comments about the way, uhm, legos click I won’t be able to look to legos without grinning like an idiot and thinking of Sheldon clicking that way. * I don’t understand the bellman confusion about the honeymoon plan. I would go to Cursed Child and Tesla’s places too if I had mine there. * And finally we tackled the giant tweepadock we were carrying ever since Sheldon said ‘next birthday’. * I had (1) wish for this season and I got it fulfilled. I wondered how things would have changed with marriage. Would have he used a schedule? Would have he explained why? Would have been room for spontaneity? I can’t tell how happy I am they addressed this questions and answered them in such a clever way. * He’s Sheldon. Being physical isn’t obvious. He clearly enjoys being so with Amy, but it’s not obvious. He wanted to be sure she was happy and satisfied. * Seriously, ending the conversation about scheduling with its exact opposite? Seriously, that’s all I really wanted. Sheldon needs his schedule, but at the same time, there’s room for the occasional spontaneity. We knew that from Gyroscope, but it’s nice to have a stronger remind. * And once again, it’s her intelligence and knowledge to turn him on. * (You would be surprised to know how many people would find pseudo-random generators sexy, though) * Okay but really, now all our smutty fics are canon LOL

About everything else: * #SaveLarryFowler2k18 * Seriously he’s the sweetest man on earth, he doesn’t deserve to be treated like that. I see why he was hiding. * (I wondered how he had the apartment keys. They have like a spare one? Did Amy give it to him on purpose?) * The man has extraordinary hiding skills by the way. * I am not sure how to handle the parallel with Leonard and Penny, however. While for some aspects it was kind of fun, on the other… It seemed they were past the ‘how can we stay together’ thing last season? They really seemed in harmony and synch and a good team? With tender moments? This episode for them has honestly been a big step back. I hope they adjust the trajectory back soo. I hope NS got the feedback for that. * The Raj subplot was okay. The joke about Pluto was actually funny. EDIT: How could I have forgotten the Mamma Mia nod?!? And Penny, Leonard’s right: Meryl Streep and Cher? You just go watching. There’s also Christine, but Leonard may have found her resemblance with mommy scary…

I just read the official news that S12 will be the last season. I’m not going to lie, I’m devastated, as I love the show. But I plan to enjoy it, I hope they can make an EPIC season.

Reposting the PCA drawing I did on January 2017 (Jim was not there, I added him in the drawing) just to say THANK YOU, to the people who make it possible and to all the friends I did thanks to it.
