how do i request: here you'll find a request form for specific to one person posts. i ask that you follow this format when you send in an ask. if you're just requesting a faceclaim and possible story line, there's not format.
do i have to follow the template: no, but it is preferred and it's more likely to get done quicker
can i request something special: sometimes. when i have celebrations for milestones (50, 100, 200, etc.) anybody can request something specific to them and them only. ill also do birthday requests. any other time the answer will probably be no, simply because they take a lot more time and energy.
