Hey, I wanted to say...Jesus, good work. For everything. The time you've spent doing this project and for how long you've actually kept on doing it. You could've abandoned it, but it's still standing. The art style is unique and awesome. Same thing for the plot, colours and extra designs, I love it all. I appreciate your work and will stick along until I can. Aa) I was wondering, how long does a page take 2 draw out? B) Could you post the process of it? If not that's okay. Have a great day!
a) it totally depends on my mood and the complexity of the page. sometimes i get it done in a few hours, sometimes it takes me multiple days
b) sure here’s how i work on comic pages (using issue 3 page 14 as example)
first of all there’s the script. I make sure i have a fuckton of story scripted before even THINKING of making thumbnails or any other artistic work. this ensures the story is well thought through.
as you can see i write VERY casually. this just helps me personally stay focused and interested in my project + its the easiest to understand for me
HOWEVER i always give myself the creative freedom to adjust scenes while i thumbnail, so they fit the layout of the page better, or i just realize that what i planned is too hard to pull off artistically
i always thumbnail an entire issue at a time, and once im done with that i start working on the pages

after that i make a more refined sketch to show details that i couldn’t in a thumbnail and also add the dialogue so i know what will be obstructed later
then i work on the lineart
then i put down the flats and work on the background
then i shade everything else an add effects/special lighting and any sfx if there are on the page
