This one is awesome 😎👌🏽 A gift from my Lovely wife. The taste is amazing🙌🏽 you're gonna be working with a not too sweet honeyed start (eventhough the bottle says that's the finish) with a spicy finish. Also, it's been matured in a bourbon cask for about 3 years, so it won't have that full bourbon oak flavor and I believe so because they want to keep the Irish whiskey essence.
