I think I keep hearing the S3 so often while self stething and recording my heart, I think heard it while ago too and always wondered what that sound was!! 😅

Something amazing just arrived!!! ^^ I definitely couldn’t just not buy it when I had money!!! It’s so beautiful, I love the color sooo much!!! I’m extremely happy!!!

Again self stething!! I recorded my heart with my wired headphones while I was listening to it with my stethoscope!! ^^

I was thinking about something a little earlier!! ^^ I really always wanted to record my heart through my stethoscope but I have no microphone or anything to connect to the stethoscope.

So I got a creative idea to try just try if it would work a little if I placed the microphone of my wired headphones into an eartip of the stethoscope!! It was a bit difficult to keep it in there but I then realized while listening back to the recording I had made that It was actually picking up my heart sounds through the stethoscope a bit!! I got super excited and recorded a longer time while moving the stethoscope around my mitral valve!! The sound is super quiet and not really good quality but my heart was pounding from the excitement of it working even a little bit!! My heart really can’t catch a break..!! 😅

Littmann stethoscopes have such a beautiful design!! I’m sure it’s so amazing listening to your heart with them!! Hopefully I can get one in the future, it would be an absolute dream!! ^^

I really wanted to share my heart again, this weekend I have been feeling a bit better. This time I tried the microphone of wired headphones and glass technique to record my heart!!! I’m really happy that it worked so well!! I get better recordings way quicker than with my phone, it’s really amazing!!!

I am back!! ^^ I really haven’t been active lately because of some stress and health issues. I just got a holter monitor a few days ago and wanted to share when I was wearing it!!

I did a little experiment as I wanted to see what my heart rate would be from me getting up from sitting to standing, I just started standing in the video and recording!!! ^^ I felt my heart a little!!

I recorded my heart sounds after I recorded the video while also getting up from sitting to standing, if there is any mismatch it’s probably because I didn’t record my heart sounds while I was recording the video!! Towards the end of the video the recording of my heart ended, I’m so sorry about that!!
