I am black. I am queer. I am Asian. #BQA. For someone who belongs to so many categories, I still never fit the mold. I could never defined myself so how could someone else define me. I don’t belong in a box or on a pedestal. I shouldn’t be living rent free in your head, in fact you should be paying me to take up space in your head. I’ll gladly take up space there just so I can take a break from myself.

"NOTES OF GRATITUDE."
Dear self,
I am so proud of you. I am so grateful that God has blessed me with someone like you. I love how courageously you have crossed every hurdle. I know your hardships and what you feel but, I love you because with every problem you have improved yourself. I am glad to see you becoming strong like an iron. Things that bothered you yesterday are the same things that have made you strong, emotionally and mentally. I am so proud of you because you know how to turn misery into blessings. I admire your optimistic approach towards life. I love to read what you write. I love when you sing songs for me. I love when you love me. I love it when at the end of the day you choose me and life over this materialistic world. I love when you dream about stars and the infinite universe. I love when you eat food for me. I love it when you drink water for me. I love it when you work so hard for me. I love it when you smile for me. I love it when you read books for me. I appreciate your every little effort that you put to show me how special I am for you. I love when you pray for me. I love it when you pamper me. I love it when you take care of me. I adore you when you take my stand. There are still so many things that you need to work on and, I know you will accomplish everything you desire because you are my strongest buddy and you have come a long way and I know you will grow more stronger and beautiful with all the lessons you have learnt so far. I can't express in words how much I love you, babe. My love for you have no boundaries it is endless like the sky and deep like the oceans. I love you so much and, I pray that you achieve all that you dream. I am always with you. You are my forever. I love you. I love you. I love you so much. Thank you so much for completing me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I love you.❤️

Who you can believe in.
A new video shows the fatal shooting of a black man after homeless outreach deputies stopped him for jaywalking in California last year. The
An unarmed man was killed for jaywalking by homeless outreach deputies on a not so routine stop between a Pair of squad car cops and a pedestrian. This is part of the systematic killing of black men that continues. He died for jaywalking? What’s the penalty supposed to be for jaywalking, a ticket? Not a tackle to the ground and shooting. What if two renter cops tried to detain you for jaywalking in this day and age, what would you do?
They were acquitted when the video shows they should have been charged. This is sickening And the police have got to stop. How do we do community affairs to help credit and foster an environment or distrust and hostility? Enough is enough.
Black people have been marginalized since they arrived in this country. They are not however the only demographic that has been marginalized or that will be marginalized.
We aren’t coming for revenge. We are coming for equality. Juneteenth =! July 4th. Let’s start there.
A record 4.5 million Americans voluntarily left their jobs in November, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

37 years. It took me 37 years to become blacktivated. He’s probably never heard of that word before, because I made it up. OK so There’s blacktivated, where you come to realize your blackness, your inner black power, or your inner black ally. A blacktivist is what you become after blacktivation. And Blacktivism are the actions and results you take and get as a blacktivist that help to progress the black agenda. I like to affectionately call it the Build Black Better plan.
Like so many of us, George Floyd was a pivotal moment and civil rights history. His untimely death beneath the knee of a police officer for nine minutes sparked the largest civil rights movement in history… And it was global. Black Lives Matter became an instant sensation around the world and protest of this police brutality.
And after 37 years, saying that man die, I finally realized… That could’ve been me.
