The time we spent together was too short for me to realize how precious it was. Old man, I miss you.

Edit: And yes, before he deduced all of that from history, he had a minor meltdown because he hates change. But he was never angry with me, but rather with the change and the associated adjustment. I bet he was autistic too.

My new drawing project, "3 Feet from Peace," is taking forever. I've been working on it since the beginning of the year and feel like I'm barely making any progress. I need more breaks from drawing than ever before. For the past three years, I was physically weak and had time to draw. Now I'm being challenged mentally and sometimes need a short nap in the afternoon.

My job is incredibly demanding; we're stuck in a period of restructuring.

My chronic illness is currently giving me a bit of a break, which means I'm trying to enjoy spending time outdoors... if you can call a 20-minute walk "time outdoors". Then my leg almost kills me again. But 20 minutes outside!!!!! ahhhhh

And on top of that, I'm turning 36 soon, still feel mentally like I'm in my early 20s, and am at least as emotionally unstable. lol My partner and I are going through another rough time. Ahhhh yes, the traumatized children of the 90s. Hahaha

My secret plan was to have a seamless transition from "You've Got the Watches" to "3 Feet from Peace" by the end of the year. Right now, I'm afraid I won't be able to manage it... Maybe... Ach... Shit...

Sure, I don't owe anyone anything, and I don't earn my living from it... but man, I have expectations of myself.
