Interestingly here we see Blacke as a Gabite greeting Lillian as an Eevee. He's known her since she was a newborn because everyone in the community knows Lillian because she's the only Eevee living there among the dragon-types. She had seen Blacke, but she didn't know his name, now they are interacting. They look adorable as kids ^^ Will they get along or not? soon we will see their relationship.
