[NEWS] Jennie as the new brand endorser of Lotte Confectionary’s new snack ‘Air-Baked’

Lotte Confectionary launched a new concept of its line of snacks called Air Baked on the 11th of June 2020.

Air Baked is a snack brand that is baked in a hot air oven in a special-made oven. It is light and clean without greasy taste and features a crispy texture. In addition, it is not fried in oil, so the fat content is more than 60% lower than regular snacks.

Lotte Confectionary chose a big model as an advertising strategy for it is a product of a new category that is not on the market, it aims to increase awareness within a short period of time. The brand chose BLACKPINK’s Jennie to be its brand endorser of its new product -- one of the most trendy stars among women in their 20s and 30s.

Lotte Confectionery puts Jenny in front and plans various promotions such as new advertisements and events.
