   Michonne was stuck in a car with Merle again, though this time it was a more… amicable situation. Rick had asked Merle to go on a run for supplies, but Michonne didn’t fully trust that the man would return with the car so she had volunteered to join him. The silence between the two was deafening as they went along the winding road. This time Michonne had the wheel.

    “Any CDs in there?” she asked, nodding her head toward the dusty dashboard. There was a split second of regret while she imagined there was some kind of drawling old honky-tonk country disc in the CD player.

Merle wasn't surprised that he wasn't going on a supply run on his own. He figured Michonne tagging along was part of Rick's plan even if she seemed to have volunteered of her own free will. He nearly snorted out loud at the thought. Who would willingly spend time with him? He didn't really mind Michonne though. She didn't put up with his bullshit and he sort of admired that.

He'd been staring out the window -- oddly silent for once -- when her voice drifted towards him in the small space. Merle shrugged. "Dunno, let's find out. Sure damn hope so," he muttered. Merle fiddled with the CD player and grimaced at the disk. Taylor Swift. Merle shot a glance at Michonne. "Yah don't exactly strike me as ah Swift fan."

ooc -- hey guys! Only a few more days before my internet resets and I can actually friggin use it, but I might pop on during my break on campus today and do the replies I owe (no icons though).

Also last night's episode made me sad. Especially because it seemed poorly done compared to other episodes so I feel like it was just a cheap way to go about that death. And the amount of commercials last night was fucking ridiculous. That's the last time I watch the show before I record it (I fast-forward through all the commercials). Honestly all the breaks in the pace because of the commercials might be why I didn't like that episode -- especially since we've waited months for it and that's what we got.
