Lester has to come along to do the tech stuff of the heist job they are in. This takes place in the early time of their partnership when Trevor was still more of an acquaintance to Lester. So Trevor was more antagonistic to him partially because he had to share the score and thought 20% was a bit much since him and Michael were the ones risking their ass for the score.
